Eric from Shinhwa will participate as the rapper in the recording of the famous Japanese group SMAP’s new album named “POP UP! SMAP," which will be released in Japan on the 26th.

Eric will rap in Kusanagi Tsuyoshi’s solo song 'TOKIO,' with Japanese lyrics by Etoy Sigaesato and translated into Korean by Kusanagi Tsuyoshi himself, with music composition by 湯山邦彦. The friendship between Kusanagi Tsuyoshi and the members of Shinhwa is so strong that Eric was involved in Kusanagi Tsuyoshi’s solo song in this album.

Shinhwa was also involved in the recording of SMAP’s album last year, with Shin HyeSung singing a duet with Kusanagi Tsuyoshi called 'Forever Love' in July. The lyrics of the song were written by Lee MinWoo from Shinhwa. This shows that the friendship between them is everlasting.
